Executive Chef Robbie Lewis and Chef Timothy Hilt of Bon Appétit Management Company

Chef Bios: After 19 years in the Bay Area restaurant scene, including stints at Boulevard, 42 Degrees, Stars, Rubicon, Jardinière and Bacar, Robbie is now an Executive Chef with Bon Appétit Management Company in Redwood Shores, where he is implementing CSA programs on corporate“campuses” and introducing a range of other ideas centered around local and seasonal food. Chef Timothy is also enjoying the "Corporate Scene,"putting all skills (management and creative) to the test at a large Bay Area conference center to bring fresh, seasonal, creative meals (while maintaining a strict budget) to both clients and employees. These two Bon Appétit chefs are now bringing their love of local and seasonal food to CLBL for one night in May. You won’t want to miss it!
