Chef Matt Masera has been cooking professionally since he was 15 years old. Prior to joining Chef Thiemann in opening Mother, Chef Masera was the Corporate Pastry Chef and Chef de Cuisine at Tyler Florenceās flagship restaurant, Wayfare Tavern. Although Chef Masera has cooked all over the world, one of the proudest moments of his career was cooking for the President of the United States.
