Full Belly Farm has been growing using organic practices since 1985 and is proud to employ about 80 workers year-round. The farm produces over 100 crops, including vegetables, herbs, nuts, grains, flowers and fruits, as well as several value-added products, like flour and even wool. Livestock raised at Full Belly includes chickens, sheep, goats, and cows. Products are marketed through both wholesale and retail channels, including sales to restaurants, distributors, farmers markets and through a Community Supported Agriculture program. The farm hosts a variety of agri-tourism activities, has an on-site commercial kitchen, and runs it's own internship program. Apprentice skills/abilities:
Spanish is not required, but is helpful.

Housing + meals:
Housing and some meals are provided. Interns/apprentices cook lunch once a week.

General work schedule and time off:
Six days a week. The general day off is Sunday but may be adjusted.

Health insurance:
Option to purchase health insurance through the farm plan.

Dog/Pet allowed:

No special skills required.
