Christina Bucci Hamilton has been with Duggan McHugh Law Corporation since its founding in 2013, specializing in California and Federal employment laws. She advises clients on wage and hour compliance, EEO matters, employee policies, discipline, and investigations. A seasoned litigator, she has extensive experience in wage and hour class actions, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Christina conducts workplace trainings and is a certified workplace investigator with AWI. She previously taught Workplace Investigations at McGeorge School of Law and serves on the Board of the Center for Land-Based Learning. She earned her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, where she was Chief Technical Editor of the Law Review, and graduated with Distinction as a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. In her spare time, Christina likes cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and her dog, Ziggy.
