Courtney is CLBL’s California Farm Academy Alumni Assistant Manager, serving the alumni of the Beginning Farmer Training Program, Farm Business Incubator Program and Apprenticeship Program.

Courtney is herself a graduate of the Beginning Farmer Training Program class of 2020, and she’s a U.S. Army Veteran. Since graduating from the BFTP, she started EL10 Farms in Oroville and has launched a fresh juice company.

“I have learned that passion knows no boundaries. It is through determination, resilience, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities that we can forge our own paths and transform our dreams into reality,” Courtney says. What she enjoys about farming is connecting to nature and watching the process from beginning to end.
